1. Our Registered Manager is the Safeguarding Lead and Director of Operations. They have a qualification in Social Work with extensive experience in adult social work. They have worked in several local authorities including Nottingham City Council, Lincolnshire County Council, Leicestershire County Council, Liverpool City Council. The Registered Manager has worked in a diverse range of services including generic adult social care teams, Hospital Discharge teams, Community Assessments, Younger Adults, Safeguarding and Physical Disabilities Team. They have a background in Financial Services and Legal Services.

2. Our Director of Clinical services is a qualified Registered Nurse and Public Health Consultant. They have more than 20 years of experience in the NHS and Private Sectors combined. They have worked in various NHS Trusts, Community Health Services and currently working for the Department of Works and Pensions as a Healthcare Practitioner. They have a qualification in Best Interests Assessor (BIA) and has held Management positions in the Healthcare sector.

3. Our Director of Human Resources and Marketing has a legal qualification (LLB) Degree. Their professional career started off from serving in Her Majesty’s Armed Services. They have worked in the Financial Services Sector before moving on to pursue a career in the Social Care sector. They have a wide range of experience from working in several care settings including learning disability services and various secure units in mental health units.

4. Our Director of Finance and Quality Assurance has a qualification in Social Work with more than 8 years’ experience in adult social care. They have worked as a Social worker with Nottingham City Council before moving on to pursue a career as a Locum Social worker in various local authorities including Nottinghamshire County Council, Derbyshire County Council, Leicester City Council, Leicestershire County Council and Liverpool City Council. They have a post graduate qualification as a Best Interests Assessor (BIA).
